ACT One Cleaning combines state-of-the-art ATIS® equipment technology with proven cleaning techniques to serve commercial, residential, and municipal clients. We use the hottest steam, “vapor,” to kill bacteria and diseases, then vacuum them away with a high-powered, HEPA filtered unit. Our technicians disinfect and shine floors, restaurant equipment, waiting rooms, health clubs, and completely remove even the oldest gum spots from parking lots.
Act One's Story
Able Cleaning Technologies was born out of a desire to truly create a clean environment for clients. Over the years, I have worked in a number of fields, including over 30 years in the US Coast Guard, where one of my biggest projects was overseeing the cleanup of a large oil spill in California. I also held a business called My Personal Carpenter, which was initially a boutique custom carpentry firm, and now serves as an online articles database providing people with the know-how to tackle their own home repairs. My third big career venture was a pressure washing business, which served restaurants and other commercial clients.
What I wanted for my projects and customers was to not only carry out the work, but to leave the entire area, including the air and land around it, better than I found it. Despite my best efforts, I never had the technology to provide “green,” but fully disinfected results. After years of research, I am delighted to say that I can now provide that.
